This chart can be used from Lytham St Annes to Morecambe Bay. Times and heights are based on Fleetwood, times for most of the Fylde coast are virtually the same. Other times vary as follows: River Lune add 20 minutes, Morecambe and Heysham add 6-7 minutes.
