Note: shipping rates below are placeholders carried over from our previous site and will be updated for the 2027 season, including UK rates and international rules.
Back Orders & Sold Out
All of our tide charts are printed in limited batches. Occasionally a chart will sell out or be temporarily unavailable while we print more. If an item you want is showing as sold out, please get in touch at hello@sharonlee.uk and we'll let you know when it's back in stock.
UK Shipping Options
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £3.95 – aims to arrive within 3-4 working days. Fully tracked with a tracking number on dispatch, insured up to £100, and SMS/email notifications.
- DPD Next Day Delivery – £6.50 – aims to arrive within 1-2 working days. Fully tracked, with SMS/email notifications. Mainland UK only; no Saturday or Sunday delivery.
Despatch
Orders placed on a working day are aimed to be despatched the next working day. DPD orders placed before 11.00 AM on a working day are aimed to be despatched same day. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be despatched on the next available working day.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via Royal Mail International Tracked. To order internationally, please email hello@sharonlee.uk with details of what you'd like to purchase, and we'll send you a payment request for the order plus the appropriate shipping rate. As a rough guide only, estimated international shipping costs are:

International Delivery Terms & Conditions
The customer placing the order is responsible for any tax, VAT or customs charges incurred through international shipping. We will complete the appropriate customs declaration form, but we are not responsible for any additional tax or customs charge you may incur when receiving your international delivery.
Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you'd rather not keep your chart, we offer a full refund if you contact us within 14 days of receipt. Refunds are processed once we've received the item back in undamaged, resaleable condition. You're responsible for return postage (for UK returns we'd suggest Royal Mail 2nd class, around £3.20 for a medium parcel), and we'll refund your original outbound shipping cost.
If any item arrives damaged or defective, please take a photo and email hello@sharonlee.uk and we'll sort it out as quickly as possible.
